Melt and colonize Antarctica. A casual game inspired by the board game Settlers of Catan. Melt tiles to reveal resources, harvest the resources, then use the resources to build buildings. Games last only five to ten minutes. I made this game for people like myself who enjoy strategy games but only have five or ten minutes to play.
NEW CHALLENGE: I've personally only done this once, but for a super challenge try and make every tile a colony (except for the helicopter and the trophy tile). HINT: wait for an avalanche to cover an existing colony, then melt it last. Ok so it's not Christmas themed but it has snow, it's a solid professional looking game AND it's quite fun to play. (Suggested by ~crazy1ady and Featured by ^Age2003) |

BE ORIGINAL OR DIE
I have to say that I found the game hard to understand even though I have played Settlers of Catan before. I think I still haven't understood all details of the game, e.g. the trophy room thingie. Am I right that you need to get at least 12 poinst and melt all tiles to really win? Some more explanations, maybe in the description, would help here.
That being said, the game sounds and looks absolutely professional! I play a lot of flash games, and this one is on par with any other game on clevermedia or miniclip.com. I think the titles for special events like "Year of Plenty" are well thought-out, and a strategy game that lasts for only 5-10 minutes is an added plus and really accomodates my playing habits
